I brought in a graduation cake that I had gotten elsewhere and asked if they could add writing onto it for me, and they were super helpful and accommodating. They worked with me to make sure it looked good, and the handwriting turned out really nice. Suba and Dhara were very kind and I really appreciated the help!

I ordered a Minnie Mouse theme cake from baskin robbins and they asked me to show them a picture so they could ask the cake decorator if they can do it. I showed them a picture and Meena the cake decorator made the most amazing looking cake. We all loved it. She did a fantastic job! So tasty and affordable too. Thank you! P.S. it was at Troy, MI location.

Wasn’t impressed with my ice cream cake, cake was stale even tasted maybe freezer burn!! Staff was very pleasant, and I did go tell them about the cake, the girl at the counter was so nice and called her boss, and the boss kinda said I left it out too long, I left it out 15 minutes like I was told, in the box! Anyways no more ice cream cakes for us The ice cream was good but everyone left the cake!

I came in this morning to find a cake for my son. The very sweet girl helped me find a cake and could do excellent writing. Now unfortunately, the robbins on 12 mile couldn't even help me find a cake. Very nice employee and I will definitely be coming back! It was also very clean in there and I was offered great service.
